Today i tried a new recipe for my Meal.
100% vegetarian, low carb, fat free, gluten free, sugar free
You need:
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 medium onion
- 100 g low-fat cream cheese (yogurt cheese)
- Salt, pepper, garlic and some herbs of your choice (eg parsley, dill, etc)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Wash zucchini and cut in half in lengthwise. Carefully scoop out. Place zucchini halves in a baking dish
Dice pulp
- In a pan, sauté onion and garlic (without oil). Zucchini cubes and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft
- Cream cheese stir and season to taste.
- Pour the mixture into the zucchini halves and fill for about 30 minutes in the oven and cook
