Power Food Bars

The great thing about these bars is that they do not contain any undesirable ingredients, such as the commercially available sugar. Nuts and seeds provide lots of protein and valuable fats.  
You will love them





You need:
- 175 g pitted dates
- 450 ml water
- 150 g raw cashews
- 150 g raw hazelnuts
- 300 g oatmeal polynuclear
- 150 g raw pumpkin seeds
- 150 g raw sunflower seeds
- 475 g agave syrup or liquid honey

 
as required mixed grains as covering


Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 160 degrees
 
- Bring the dates and 225 ml in a pot to a boil and simmer until the dates are soft. Puree in a blender to make a paste and enter this into a large mixing bowl.

 
- Cashews and hazelnuts puree with the restilichen water in a blender until smooth and mix them with the dates.

 
- Hack oatmeal, pumpkin and sunflower seeds in the cutter roughly and add to the date-nut mass. Agave syrup or honey into it and mix everything thoroughly.

 
- The mass of approximately 1-2 cm thick spread on a lined with baking paper and sprinkle with the mixed seeds and fry until golden brown 20 minutes in the oven.

 
- Allow to cool and then cut into rectangular pieces
