millet mediterranean

You need:

- 100 g of millet
- about 700 ml of water (depending on how soft the millet should be)
- 1 onion
- 1 big zucchini
- 3-4 carrots
- 1 each red bell peppers, yellow, green
- 70 g of tomato paste
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and chilli as desired


Instructions:

- Bring the millet with water and a pinch of salt to a boil and then simmer for about 15 minutes at medium heat. If the water before its gone or the millet until al dente according to your taste still can be simply top up a little water and continue to simmer.
Take the millet at the end from the heat and let stand about 10 minutes again.

 
- In the meantime, cut the vegetables small and fried in a pan (preferably wok pan) with the coconut oil. The vegetables should, however, remain beautiful al dente. So do not fry too long :-)

 
- Then add the tomato puree and the spices, mix and season to taste.

 
- Finally, just the millet with stir and ready is the great vegan main course

Power Food Bars

The great thing about these bars is that they do not contain any undesirable ingredients, such as the commercially available sugar. Nuts and seeds provide lots of protein and valuable fats.  
You will love them





You need:
- 175 g pitted dates
- 450 ml water
- 150 g raw cashews
- 150 g raw hazelnuts
- 300 g oatmeal polynuclear
- 150 g raw pumpkin seeds
- 150 g raw sunflower seeds
- 475 g agave syrup or liquid honey

 
as required mixed grains as covering


Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 160 degrees
 
- Bring the dates and 225 ml in a pot to a boil and simmer until the dates are soft. Puree in a blender to make a paste and enter this into a large mixing bowl.

 
- Cashews and hazelnuts puree with the restilichen water in a blender until smooth and mix them with the dates.

 
- Hack oatmeal, pumpkin and sunflower seeds in the cutter roughly and add to the date-nut mass. Agave syrup or honey into it and mix everything thoroughly.

 
- The mass of approximately 1-2 cm thick spread on a lined with baking paper and sprinkle with the mixed seeds and fry until golden brown 20 minutes in the oven.

 
- Allow to cool and then cut into rectangular pieces

Vegetarian sugar-free Brownies

Today I got a visit from a girlfriend and what could be more suitable for a coffee gossip as fresh, chocolatey brownies.
I then made ​​a beautiful, delicious sugar free and vegetarian variant and would like the recipe does not hide from you




You need:

- 125 g rice flour
- 75 g cocoa powder  - 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 175 g sweet potato, cooked and crushed to a pulp
- 250 g agave syrup
- 175 g butter vegan
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Süßkartoffelbrei, agave syrup, melted butter, egg and vanilla extract mix in a bowl.
- Then stir in the dry ingredients
- Put the dough in a lightly greased square baking pan right or baking dish and bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the surface is firm, but the core is still soft

Stuffed Zucchini

Today i tried a new recipe for my Meal.
100% vegetarian, low carb, fat free, gluten free, sugar free






You need:

- 2 Zucchini
- 1 medium onion
- 100 g low-fat cream cheese (yogurt cheese)
- Salt, pepper, garlic and some herbs of your choice (eg parsley, dill, etc)
 


Instructions:  
 
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Wash zucchini and cut in half in lengthwise. Carefully scoop out. Place zucchini halves in a baking dish
   Dice pulp
- In a pan, sauté onion and garlic (without oil). Zucchini cubes and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft  

- Cream cheese stir and season to taste.
- Pour the mixture into the zucchini halves and fill for about 30 minutes in the oven and cook


2 servings, 140 calories per serving
 

Overknees on a rainy Day

Was für ein Magazin....

Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich ein kostenloses HANDMADE Kultur Magazin als Leseprobe erhalten.
Und schon auf den ersten paar Seiten war ich einfach nur begeistert. Ich werde aufjedenfall so einiges aus diesem Heft nachbasteln oder nähen.










Und weil es mir so gut gefallen hat, habe ich mir auch gleich die neue Ausgabe bestellt und heute per Post erhalten.
