Vegetarian Mandarin Cake without baking

For the weekend I tried a Mandarin cake today.
And the best part is that you do not have to bake it and he is still vegetarian and without sugar.

For the base:
- 300 g ground almonds
- 70 g pitted dates
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon powdered vanilla
- 20 g agave syrup (to taste more)

Dates chop in a blender. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix to a sticky dough. Pour the mixture into a lined with baking paper springform pan and press down with your palms.

For the filling:
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 16 g agar agar
- 130 g agave syrup
- 1.2 kg natural yogurt / soy yogurt

Yogurt and agave syrup mix. Drain the can of mandarin oranges. But juice reserved.  Mandarins under the yogurt lift.
The agar-agar in 200ml Mandarin juice Stir and bring to the boil.
The still warm liquid into the yogurt and stir to distribute everything to the ground.
The cake before serving for at least one hour in the refrigerator
