My bakery: Bread with Psyllium

You need:

135 g sunflower seeds
90 g of flaxseed
145 g oatmeal
2 tablespoons chia seeds
4 tablespoons of psyllium
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup
3 tablespoons coconut oil
350 ml water


Instruction: 

All wet ingredients (coconut oil before liquefy) In a large bowl mix.
 
The dry afterwards with stir and mix well together. If the dough a little too dry, simply pour a little water. But not too much because the dough should still be pretty thick.
 
Best but let stand over night at room temperature then at least two hourly.

 
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Pour batter into a loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes first. Then take the bread out of the loaf pan, place on a furnace grate and another 30 to 40 minutes.

 
Before cutting the bread should definitely cool completely
